Grundfos UP15-10SU7P/TLC (595916) Comfort System is an all-in-one, easy to install solution for domestic hot water recirculation needs. This system is well suited for existing construction and can be easily intergrated without the need for running a separate return line.

Grundfos UP15-10SU7P/TLC Comfort System also includes a Timer, Line Cord, Grundfos Comfort System Valve (SKU# 595926) and Flexible Connectors, thus eliminating the need for purchase and installation of addidtional components. Simply connect the lines, plug the pump into the electrical outlet and let the system do the rest.

This Grundfos Circulator Pump is for open systems with Maximum liquid temperature 150 F.

How it works:

The stainless steel circulator pump is installed directly onto the hot water discharge on the water heater. The comfort valve is installed at the fixture furthest from the water heater. The system uses the cold water line to return hot water to the water heater, thus saving on utility bills.

Pumping unit and its characteristics

The pumping unit is called the pump unit, a kit is installed in a specific pattern, providing the pump. The figure shows a diagram of the pumping unit for pumping liquids. Pump 9 driven by an Taco pump rotor 10, sucks fluid from the service tank 2 and the suction line 5 and the pressure line 13 pumps the liquid in the receiving container 16.
